The price point and level of specialism is at the upper end of the market but with plans for growth they aspire to become more specialist which in turn will allow them to charge higher fees.

We used the concept of "We don't..." to give them a distinct tone to their messaging that amplifies the contrast in their approach. For example, "We don't generalise, we specialise."
