Capability needed an identity and online experience as engaging as the beautiful parties and events they organise. They have spent the last 30 years planning and managing events and parties for high net-worth individuals and large businesses across the UK. Having built a reputation for delivering these events and more, they have pigeon-holed themselves as ‘party planners’, but they are much more than this. Part of our challenge was to shift the perception of Capability, giving them a more compelling proposition whilst defining their offering as a company focussed on clients needs and desires, not products and services.
With two very different audience types, we established they have one clear need: to put on a show for their audiences. To bring these divisions under one brand, our challenge was to create a brand that embraces the magic of theatre and showmanship to excite their clients and promise to deliver nothing but an unforgettable experience. We introduced, PopUp Parties (B2C) and PopUpEvents (B2B).
The customer interviews we conducted proved Capability stood out - going above and beyond for every event, with one man at the forefront, Ben Leeke. Our positioning and rebrand has launched them into a new era of business, elevating their offering with a brand to reflect the premium events they deliver. With the rebrand rolled out, it's sure to turn heads, harnessing the excitement of their events whilst ensuring they remember the magic of their pop-up event or party.
